He read law at the Faculty of Law, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, graduating with an Mgr. degree, and subsequently obtained his JUDr. (Doctor of Laws) at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. He previously worked at a leading Czech law firm with an international dimension. He serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, and is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
With over a decade of professional experience, he focuses chiefly on litigation, arbitration, debt recovery, construction matters (particularly works contracts and associated defects) and the law of obligations. He is fluent in English.

With more than a decade of experience, he focuses principally on criminal law, serving as defence counsel for both individuals and legal entities, as well as legal representative of victims of crime. He is fluent in English.
Attorney at law
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. For over six years, he served at the District Court for Prague 5 and the District Court for Prague 8, specifically in the civil and guardianship departments. Following his work in the judiciary, David Havel moved to Hranice to head the local branch of Solers legal s.r.o. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in English.
TRAINEE SOLICITOR
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she concentrated primarily on family and criminal law, gaining practical experience in several law firms. She now focuses mainly on family law, litigation, and criminal law. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in English.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he focused primarily on public international law and criminal law. He completed a study stay in Belgium and also interned at the criminal department of the District Court for Prague 7. He is currently engaged mainly in administrative and civil law. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is fluent in English.
Paralegal
She is a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Her main areas of focus are civil law, particularly in contract-related matters, and criminal law, where she expands her expertise both in representing victims and individuals subject to criminal proceedings. Shev is fluent in English.
OFFICE MANAGER
She is a graduate in building history from the Faculty of Arts at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. She has acquired extensive experience in office management through her work at an Italian company, a development firm, in the administration of a residential building, and especially through her long-term engagement at a leading Czech law firm with international reach. She is fluent in Italian and English.
